Coriandum savitum

Cilantro

Cilantro is easy to grow indoors and out. Try two separate plantings so that one can be harvested as Cilantro for the tender leaves and stems and one patch can be let go to seed for Coriander. Cilantro likes well drained, rich soil and will bolt and turn bitter if grown at temperatures over 75 degrees. Plant it after frost has passed and enjoy until the full heat of summer hits.
