Over the course of this internship work will be done at the Center for Horticultural Soils Testing and Research at Midwest Trading running laboratory analysis and collecting data for Soil, Soilless media, and their components. This includes Nursery, Greenhouse, Landscape, Green Roof, Bioswale, and other engineered blends. Interns will be exposed to a unique and broad perspective of the horticultural industry through various site visits and industry events. Interns will be given the opportunity to run research projects and are expected to give a presentation at the end of the season. This internship involves some physically demanding work in a variety of environments and weather. This internship could be for the spring or summer.
