Ceratostigma plumbaginoides Pint

Foliage makes low green mound in summer, bursting into color in August with brilliant blue starry flowers. Later, the whole plant turns shades of scarlet and finally maroon. spreads by underground stolons. Very late to come up in the spring; worth the wait.
