Josh Pepping

Josh Pepping started working at Midwest as an Intern in the summer of 2018, he continued working part-time until June of 2019 when he started working full-time as a Department Grower for the Orum growing area at our Virgil nursery. This involves managing the teams, pruning, irrigation, and caring for the plant material. Josh’s main goal is to put out quality plant material for our customers. When Josh started his favorite part was doing the outside work, pruning and understanding the plants, but as time has gone on he has enjoyed showing others how to do the jobs and telling them why we do what we do— really helping them understand the importance of the work we do.
