Janie Grillo

Customer Service Representative

Janie has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from the State University of NY at Fredonia.

Janie has worked in the green industry since 2003. She was employed at The Natural Garden, Inc. in St. Charles, IL for nearly eight years in retail sales and marketing until Midwest acquired the nursery in January 2011. At Midwest, Janie has worked in a number of departments, including Marketing, the Yard Office and Customer Service. She has a passion for butterfly and sensory gardening and in her spare time presents to garden centers, garden clubs and other organizations. In November of 2019, Janie completed a 6 month course and was certified as a nature/forest therapy guide.
