Viburnum lentago

Nannyberry Viburnum

Vase shaped habit holds large numbers of heavy fruit in fall. Glossy dark green leaves turn shades of red in fall. The common name comes from the berries being eaten by nanny goats rather than billy goats. Plants should be pruned immediately after flowering in order to get flowers the next year.
