Inside Sales Supervisor

Kate started her career with Midwest Groundcovers as an Intern and then Customer Service Representative after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.  After gaining valuable Garden Center and Landscape Supply experience, she has returned to her Midwest roots.

With nearly two decades working in the Green Industry, Kate has a passion for plants as well as leading and developing teams.  She enjoys helping landscape professionals make their clients’ outdoor dreams a reality. Her previous experience working for rewholesalers enhanced her ability to support landscape contractors effectively, while her garden center and landscape design background adds depth to her customer service approach. As an Illinois Certified Nursery Professional specializing in Woody Plants and Perennials, Kate provides essential support to the Inside Sales team and customers, guiding them and fostering “growth” at every opportunity.
