Paul Pirkle

President and COO of Midwest Groundcovers

Paul holds an MBA from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Minor in Management from Hanover College, and has a proven track record of visionary leadership, strategy development and team collaboration.

Paul brings extensive experience in executive leadership, sales team training, and business operations to Midwest from positions in recycling brokerage, and commercial printing servicing the Fleet, Retail, OEM, and consumer products markets. Although new to the horticulture industry, there are commonalities between manufacturing processes that are similar which focus on efficiency gains and effective processes. As President and COO, Paul works with the Midwest Groundcovers team to focus energy toward the goals that that will bring success to the company. The result of Paul’s many experiences has led to his personal mission statement of “Build bridges, unlock opportunities, and add value to all relationships.
