Our shipping area is divided into (5) delivery zones. Please type in your zip code to determine your delivery zone, freight fee % and the order minimum for your zone.
Due to the uncertainty of fuel prices, it may necessary to adjust our delivery minimums, freight fees, shipping zones or fuel surcharges. Midwest Groundcovers LLC reserves the right to modify the delivery program at any time.
Fuel Surcharges are calculated as a % of the freight fees and adjusted on a weekly basis. Midwest Groundcovers follows the U.S. Energy Information Administration Midwest average price for a gallon of diesel fuel as the basis of calculating fuel surcharges.
In order to ensure all the plants are landed in St. Charles and ready for delivery, the shipping window closes at noon two days prior to the delivery date.
